INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING


A. Fulfillment Process

1. Processing time


An order’s processing time depends on the item with the longest processing time. Please note that it takes 24-48 hours to process your orders.

To ensure your item arrives on time for a specific event, please plan your shopping accordingly. We will gladly assist you in splitting your shipments if desired (additional fees may apply).

Please note that shipping time is not included in the processing time.

2. Shipping Information

We ship orders from Monday to Friday, between 9 am and 6 pm (GMT+7), excluding Vietnamese public holidays.

Shipping costs depend on the specifics of your order, including the dimensions, weight, and delivery location of your selected products. Heavier or larger items typically incur higher shipping fees, especially to distant destinations. We calculate postage individually to ensure accurate pricing for delivering your unique order to its final address.

Express delivery is available to most destinations. The checkout page will display all relevant delivery options for your order and destination.

Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the next Monday during working hours (9 am - 6 pm GMT+7).


3. Shipping Time

Generally, it takes 3-7 business days for shipments to arrive. The timeframe may vary depending on your location. You can either pick up your package from the nearest post office or the courier might contact you before delivery.

Shipping times DO NOT INCLUDE order processing time.

We provide shipping time estimates for reference only. The actual shipping time depends on when we send out the item. While we are not responsible for customs clearance, delays, or payment issues, we will do our best to minimize any potential delays.

4. Track Your Order

After we send out your order, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. If you missed it or can’t find it, kindly contact us at cs@sglokal.com or quickly track your order here.

The tracking details might not be available immediately when you receive your tracking number. However, the carrier usually updates this information within 1-3 business days.

5. Delivery

If you experience non-delivery or your tracking details indicate that your parcel has been delivered by the shipping company but you haven’t received it, you must contact us within 7 business days to file a claim. We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process.

Please note that claims can take up to 30 days to complete, depending on the shipping carrier used. SGLOKAL does not take responsibility for or accept packages reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as delivered.

If the courier cannot deliver your parcel within 3 attempts or 21 days from the initial date of arrival, whichever comes first, they will return it to us in Vietnam.

Please note that we do not take any responsibility if your order is returned to the sender due to any reasons (e.g., insufficient shipping address, inaccessible receiver). However, we will be happy to redeliver your order, and you will need to cover any return fees and/or additional redelivery fees for returned-to-sender orders. Returned or rejected packages will be restocked and processed according to our Refund Policy (please refer to our Refund Policy here). We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or wrongly delivered shipments due to incorrect address information provided during purchase.

Import Duties & Customs

The shipping fee paid during checkout does not include taxes and import duties. Your parcel may be subject to customs inspection, and the assessment of duties and taxes will be in accordance with local regulations. If taxes and/or duties are incurred for your parcel, you will be responsible for covering these fees before delivery can proceed. If you refuse the parcel upon delivery or if the parcel is unclaimed, the fees incurred for the return of the parcel (duties, taxes, return fees) will be payable by you before re-delivery can be arranged.
